We want to make a note here. We are not familiar with the memoir of all people we chose to quote. Furthermore, at least a few of them made some mistakes in their lives to our opinion. Despite that we decided to eliminate only quotes of those who are well known as being racist or abusive. These are our boundaries and we are committed to our values.
When we read a perfect quote, it doesn’t necessarily mean that the person behind the words is a role model in all aspects, it simply means that these words can have a great role of bettering our thinking.
We encourage you to choose to see the good influence the words have on the way you think. After all we can be perfectly imperfect, and still have a great influence on one each other.
